5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount, i.e. ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000. Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until this wagering amount has been completed.

5.2 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Bonuses may not be claimed on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device
• Bonuses are usable only on eligible games or bets — certain games may be excluded
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 66zz 11 reserves the right to cancel the bonus

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet cannot be cancelled or changed after it has been placed

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds in sports betting are variable, and the odds at the time a bet is accepted are considered final. If a match is cancelled, the bet is void and the amount is refunded. In live betting, if a bet is accepted late, 66zz 11 reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.3 Game Result Verification

Example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180. Cashback is added directly to the account balance and is processed at the start of the following week.

7.2 Terms for VIP Benefits

VIP benefits are non-transferable. If evidence of rule violations is found on an account, 66zz 11 reserves the right to revoke VIP status at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 66zz 11 and may result in account closure and seizure of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Abusing bonuses or claiming bonuses on multiple accounts
• Hacking game software, or using bots or automation
• Colluding with other users or engaging in syndicate betting
• Using the platform for money laundering or handling illegal funds
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Threatening or harassing other users or staff
• Registering with false information

If any of the above activities are discovered, 66zz 11 will immediately close the account and reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

66zz 11 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of any provision of these Terms
• If fraud is suspected
• If the account has had no activity for a long period
• At the user's own request (for self-exclusion or permanent closure)

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their account themselves, please notify the support team via live chat or email. If there is a verifiable balance, it will be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9.2 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. Any existing bonuses on an inactive account will expire, but deposited funds will be kept safe.
